Proactive Computer Support

Our monthly service plans: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Your Support Account is used for work performed beyond your chosen monthly plan. Choose our Support Account only for a purely reactive approach to your computer needs (you need something, call us). Choose a monthly plan below to move to a proactive approach (includes a free Support Account).

Scheduled Onsite Visit

Used for computer inventory and minor issues. First 30 minutes of travel time included (additional time billed at $55/hr). 

Scheduled Remote Updates

Together we will define the work we do during this remote session. Typical tasks include the following:

  • Apply updates.
  • Check Event Logs on server(s)...react accordingly.
  • [Optional] Check Task Scheduler...react to tasks that have not run recently.
  • Make sure security software still running.
  • Check on backup process

Online Ticket System

We have an online ticket system that offers you visibility into the work we're doing for you through your My Tickets link. The requests you submit are assigned a ticket number and show up on your My Tickets page.

Our online database serves as a permanent knowledge base for the work we do for you. 
Our online database is part of your institutional memory.

Online Computer Inventory

We also offer an extensive online computer inventory for tracking computers (servers and workstations), printers, and other devices. This online database is maintained by both you and us (we both can view and edit items). This online database helps us support you better.

Q. Can I have a set time each month for your onsite monthly visit?

A. Yes. Although the weekly (silver plan) and monthly (gold plan) visits are optional, if you wish to take advantage of a regular visit, we schedule a day of the month and time (or weekday).


Q. Can I freely use my monthly (weekly with Gold) onsite visit any time I want?

A. Yes. Although the recurring onsite visit is scheduled, it is optional. However, if we have a scheduled recurring visit, it is up to you to call and cancel the next visit; otherwise, service fees do apply. The purpose of the scheduled visit is for us to perform any computer inventory, check on the server(s), and to see if there are any problems. If there are quick problems we can handle with the onsite visit.


Q. Can I have all my account info? Passwords?

A. Yes. We do maintain a list of passwords at the office and we will give them to you at any time so long as your account is current.
